To ensure our guests can have a great time and our staff can do their jobs responsibly we ask that all visitors adhere to a handful of rules:
ALL BACKPACKS & LARGE BAGS MUST BE HELD AT CHECKOUT COUNTER:
We ask that you understand as we try to deter theft and above all, we have many breakables in the shop and our slide and secret passageways are much more fun and save to traverse without cargo!

CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES:
Our store is a large place, and eventhough it looks like a playground, there are too many ways kids can get overstimulated and get hurt when running around on their own. We have seen it! We also have an 18+ room that left unattended, your little ones are likely to run into and we can't keep watch for you. Please help our staff by watching your own children.

Please please respect this rule and don't bring your pets unless they are your service animal. If there are no indicators , our staff may inform you, and or ask you what service your animal is trained to perform. Emotional support animals are not recognized service animals by the ADA. We love animals truly, but while our store is large, it can get very busy and dangerous for pets and humans. Some people are afraid of certain animals, have PTSD and or allergic. Dogs are unpredictable and a liability for a shop like ours that is filled with merchandise including rugs, breakables etc. Thanks for your understanding and cooporation.
